DESCRIPTION:March 14, 2026 WORK DAY – need all hands on deck  arrive ~ 8-8:30, we will provide lunch (or come on a day when you can and check with Steve what needs to be done)\n\n\nMaintenance – Steve added some John Deere radiator fluid to the green JD tractor.  Remainder can be used on other tractors.\nShower House – call Steve for latest needs  302-379-1580\n\nChange one occupancy sensor in #4 bathroom and one light fixture\nRake and seed around shower house.\nClean up concrete on sidewalks with grinder & touch up exterior block with mortar as needed (Steve can provide grinder and mortar cement in lower barn – – a little sand by barn)\nSort and fill the first aid cabinet – – materials are there\nInstall Mirrors\nClean up and ensure all drain covers fit properly, shower drains in handicap bathroom need to be un-plugged\nInstall “Hit the Target” decals on urinals\nFoam pipes that go thru sink countertops\nTie in plastic partition in handicap bathrooms\nInstall 6 outside door thresholds and 3M under door seal\n\n\nPlumbing work – -replace piping to pressurizers, tie in the heaters in the handicap bathrooms\nTesting – fill water tank, test pressurizers, water heaters, space heaters, faucets, urinals, toilets, showers – GOAL – finish by end of March\n\n
