Clean a little space around the septic tank lids.\n Clean up concrete on sidewalks with grinder & touch up exterior block with mortar as needed (Steve\ncan provide grinder and mortar mix)\nMake rubber roofing more secure over 5,000 gallon water tank, trim thorny plants and saplings\n\n\n Maintenance\n\nSpray weed area (front entrance and other areas)\nWeed wack where necessary and especially around district trailer by lower pole barn, where the\nblack smith shop will go\nTrim around water tank, brick and block area, etc. Steve to provide power snips to cut thorny\nplants, saplings, etc.\nPlan shelves in shed for gasoline equipment, move down if ready, look at push mowers and get rid\nof ones that are not worth keeping\nGo Karts, work kart\nGrease tractors as needed, batwing mower\nZip Line – tighten a bit to raise line for better clearance above back of pageant area (Steve can\nprovide guidance)\nCheck private property signs to make sure they are in securely\n\n\n\n
