• Shower House
  1. Adjust 5 motion sensors – #4 bathroom stays on sometimes or comes back on, Handicap, Storage and Mechanical room – – adjust to turn off after 5 minutes (handicap ~ 10 minutes)
  2. Rake and seed around septic tanks and shower house. Clean a little space around the septic tank lids. Andy Baker will fill in a little more. Make sure dirt is not above concrete on left side of pad so water doesn’t wash dirt onto the pad. Plenty of seed at the Shower House.
  3. Clean up concrete on sidewalks with grinder & touch up exterior block with mortar as needed (Steve can provide grinder and mortar mix)
  4. Cut down plants around 5,000 gallon tank – will plan to build roof over the tank
• Maintenance
  1. Install edge boards (borders) on rubber roofing under fence railings (entrance) and under water slide, may need to add some more rubber roofing near steps of water slide
  2. Spray weed area (front entrance and other areas)
  3. Stain wood on steps and platform for slide
  4. Weed wack where necessary and especially around district trailer by lower pole barn, where the black smith shop will go
  5. Trim around water tank, brick and block area, etc. Steve to provide power snips to cut thorny plants, saplings, etc.
  6. Plan shelves in shed for gasoline equipment, move down if ready, look at push mowers and get rid of ones that are not worth keeping – keep 2 best
  7. Repair Go Karts, work kart
  8. Install flashing or other mediation at store roof line with porch to prevent driving rain from getting into the building
  9. Go thru the items next to the store and trash what should be trashed and try to find a home for the rest. (at the moment, we can’t put anything back in the farm house basement until complete.
  10. Zip Line – tighten a bit to raise line for better clearance above back of pageant area (Steve can provide guidance)
  11. Check private property signs to make sure they are in properly
  12. District box trailer – install new rear lights.
• General Store

  2. Go thru the items next to the store and trash what should be trashed and try to find a home for the rest. (at the moment, we can’t put anything back in the farm house basement until complete)
• Farm House
  1. Weather permitting, Andy can cut a trench to the little creek, put in fabric, perf pipe, stone, and tie in the downspout of the roof. Later we can tie in air con condense line and Mini-split condense line
  2. Andy was going to create a stone pit for drain water in the farm house basement
• Blacksmith Shop
  1. Dig footer (notify Steve so township can be notified we are starting – – they have the plans submitted to them
