GROUP LEADERS
The group leader or his designee, must create the group before the leaders and boys can complete their registration.

- on the Registration Tab at the bottom of the page, chose ‘Join A Group’
- Click on “CREATE A GROUP INSTEAD” and fill out the form
- Name the group with at least the Outpost Number and some id for the church, like “NLL277”
- The Pastoral Email at the bottom is who we should contact to get the Pastoral Recommendation Forms completed.
- Once completed you should get an email with a link to manage your group and an email with a link for your group to register.
- Send the registration link to your boys’ parents and to your group leaders
Parents
- You will need a registration link from your group leader to register your boy(s)
- Your outpost will have additional costs beyond the registration with the district. Please consult with your group leader regarding those fees and requirements.
Leaders
- You will need a registration link from your group leader to register. If you are coming up as camp staff and NOT registering with your local group, please contact the district staff for the link.
- The background checks are being processed by the District Office, you should see an email from Charity giving instructions. This is not automated, so if you register on the weekend it will be at least the following Monday before you see the email. If you have already done your checks with with district office you will not need to do them again until they expire (5 years).
- As with the boys, brushfire is only covering the district fees, please consult with your group leader regarding these fees and other requirements your outpost may have.
