GROUP LEADERS
The group leader or their designee, must create the group before the other leaders and boys can complete their registrations. For FCF events, solo leaders can register a group of 1, boys must wait for their leader to create the group before registering.
- GW Chapter FCF Spring Trace:
- Chose the registration type for ‘Old Timer’
- Click register
- The group creation page will be displayed, fill out the form
- Name the group with the Outpost Number as ‘OP###’ and some identifier for the church, like “OP277 New Life Lancaster”. 2 digit outposts, use a leading _ like ” OP_11 Evangel Heights” so the reports sort correctly.
- The Pastoral Email at the bottom is who we should contact to get the Pastoral Recommendation Forms completed.
- Once completed you should get an email with a link to manage your group and an email with a link for your group to register.
- Send the registration link to your boys’ parents and to your group leaders
Parents
- You will need a registration link from your group leader to register your boy(s)
- Permissions and medical forms are part of the brushfire registration and must be completed online.
- Your outpost will have additional costs beyond the registration with the district. Please consult with your group leader regarding those fees and requirements.
Leaders
- You will need a registration link from your group leader to register.
- Clearances are being processed differently by the Ministry Network, see the PennDel Volunteer Clearance document for instructions
- As with the boys, brushfire is only covering the district fees, please consult with your group leader regarding these fees and other requirements your outpost may have.
