May 10, 2025 WORK DAY – need all hands on deck

• Shower House – call Steve for latest needs  302-379-1580
  • Finish painting countertops – block filler first, then 2 part  epoxy
  • Install sinks & faucet system
  • Sinks, toilets, divider panels, shower curtains, etc.
  • Caulk any holes, and touch up with block filler and then epoxy walls in shower areas
  • Install hardware for shower curtains
  • Make 16 benches for shower and 4 for wall between sink and urinals
  • Install curtains in the windows
  • Clean up concrete on sidewalks with grinder (Steve can provide)
  • Finish trim per example by Rowland Troutman
  • Paint the 10 doors carefully – – green for outside and tan for inside
  • Move keybox to shower house between Storage room and Handicap bathroom
  • Install 4 thermostats and wire to space heaters
  • Install gas flex pipe from black pipe to space and water heaters
  • Install Split Rail Fence around septic tanks, above retaining wall (after septic field is in)
  • Grind floor and acid wash
  • Paint floor – & insulate attic – Rowland is arranging for that
  • Install toilets – when Mike Ardeno is ready
  • Install urinals – when Mike Ardeno is ready
  • Ground cover at top of water slide area needs to be done with rubber roofing
