Camp Berry Work Day

July 12, 2025 WORK DAY – need all hands on deck  arrive ~ 8-8:30, we will provide lunch (or come on a day when you can and check with Steve what needs to be done)

• Maintenance – change oil, filters on tractors, check coolant, etc., grease (contact Wyatt Garrett if you can help)
• Prep for JLDA/Action Camps
  • Need a list from Chris/Abraham
• Shower House – call Steve for latest needs  302-379-1580
  • Finish ceilings/access panels in storage, mechanical and handicap bathrooms & trim
  • Adjust motion sensors
  • Plan how to use divider panels in bathrooms (located outside shower house)
  • Install faucet system, connect drains
  • Install cove and water barrier in showers
  • Clean up concrete on sidewalks with grinder (Steve can provide)
  • Paint the 10 doors carefully – – green for outside and tan for inside
  • Install gas flex pipe from black pipe to space and water heaters
  • Install Split Rail Fence around septic tanks, above retaining wall (after septic field is in)
  • Grind floor and epoxy floor – Rowland has contact
  • Insulate attic – Rowland is arranging for that
  • Install toilets – after floor coating is done
  • Ground cover at top of water slide area needs to be done with rubber roofing
  • Make rubber roofing more secure over 5,000 gallon water tank
  • Finish wiring to septic dosing pump
  • Finish piping, test water and heaters
