Camp Berry Work Day

Sep 13, 2025 WORK DAY – need all hands on deck  arrive ~ 8-8:30, we will provide lunch (or come on a day when you can and check with Steve what needs to be done)

• Maintenance – Wyatt changed all oil and greased – but make sure to grease tractors when using
• Shower House – call Steve for latest needs  302-379-1580
  • Adjust motion sensors – #4 bathroom stays on – -change those to 5 minutes and hall unit and extend handicap and 2 other rooms to 5 minutes – -check that they all turn off after 5 minutes
  • Rake and seed around septic tanks and shower house.  Clean a little space around the septic tank lids.
  • Clean up concrete on sidewalks with grinder & touch up exterior block with mortar as needed (Steve can provide grinder and mortar cement in lower barn – – a little sand by barn)
  • Paint the 10 doors carefully – – green for outside and tan for inside – use flow extender for nice finish  Paint in shower house, may want to bring a brush
  • Install Split Rail Fence around septic tanks, above retaining wall (after septic field is in)
  • Ground cover at top of water slide area needs to be done with rubber roofing – in lower pole barn
  • Add pinned border to rubber roof at front entrance wall – – 12” nails to hold boards in – – see Steve
  • Make rubber roofing more secure over 5,000 gallon water tank
