Camp Berry Work Day
- Geesaman Garage
- Immediate need, the painting needs to be completed, as the building will be presented at the Adventure Weekend with signage as the Geesaman Garage
- Shower House – final details
- Adjust 5 motion sensors –
- #4 bathroom stays on sometimes or comes back on,
- Handicap, Storage and Mechanical room – – adjust to turn off after 5 minutes (handicap ~ 10 minutes)
- Clean up concrete on sidewalks with grinder & touch up exterior block with mortar as needed (Steve can provide grinder and mortar mix)
- Raking and seeding around shower house
- Cut down plants around 5,000 gallon tank – will plan to build roof over the tank
- Adjust 5 motion sensors –
- Maintenance
- Install edge boards (borders) on rubber roofing under fence railings (entrance) and under water slide, may need to add some more rubber roofing near steps of water slide
- Spray weed area (front entrance and other areas)
- Stain wood on steps and platform for slide
- Weed wack where necessary and especially around district trailer by lower pole barn, where the black smith shop will go
- Trim around water tank, brick and block area, etc. Steve to provide power snips to cut thorny plants, saplings, etc.
- Plan shelves in shed for gasoline equipment, move down if ready, look at push mowers and get rid of ones that are not worth keeping – keep 2 best
- Repair Go Karts, work kart
- We can go thru the items next to the store and trash what should be trashed and try to find a home for the rest. (at the moment, we can’t put anything back in the farm house basement until complete.
- Zip Line – tighten a bit to raise line for better clearance above back of pageant area (Steve can provide guidance)
- Check private property signs to make sure they are in properly
- District box trailer
- install new rear lights.
- Farm House
- Cut a trench to the little creek, put in fabric, perf pipe, stone, and tie in the downspout of the roof. Later we can tie in air con condense line and Mini-split condense line
- Andy was going to create a stone pit for drain water in the farm house basement
- Black Smith Shop
- Footer dug, stone ordered, will be followed with concrete for footer
- Check with Rich Morrow to help get block installed
